By using bioeden.hunt-games.com (“this site”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. What this site is
BioEden Wiki & Guide is an independent, fan-made informational resource about the video game BioEden. It is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial reference.
2. No affiliation
This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or in any way officially connected to Broken Arms Games, Focus Entertainment, Valve Corporation, Nintendo, Sony Interactive Entertainment or Microsoft.
All BioEden trademarks, artwork, screenshots, characters, names and game content are the property of their respective owners. Their use here is for identification, illustration and commentary, which we consider fair use / fair dealing. See our editorial policy for how we handle official material.
If you are a rights holder and want something removed or attributed differently, contact us and we will act promptly.
3. Accuracy and no warranty
We work hard to be accurate, and our editorial policy commits us to sourcing values from official material and explicitly marking what is unconfirmed. Even so:
- Game content changes. Patches alter values, and a page accurate on the day it was written may not stay accurate.
- Some information on this site is clearly labelled as inference or estimate rather than confirmed fact.
- We are a small independent site, not an official source.
This site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. You use the information here at your own discretion.
4. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BioEden Wiki & Guide and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or any information on it.
5. Our content
Original written content on this site — our guides, analysis, page structure and organisation — is © 2026 BioEden Wiki & Guide.
You may quote short passages with clear attribution and a link back to the source page. You may not republish pages in full, scrape the site systematically to build a competing resource, or present our material as your own.
This does not apply to the game content itself, which belongs to its rights holders as set out in section 2.
6. Contributions
If you send us screenshots, corrections or information, you confirm that you have the right to share them and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish them on this site, with credit unless you ask otherwise. You retain your own rights in anything you send.
7. External links
This site links to external sites including Steam, Focus Entertainment, the Xbox Store and YouTube. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. A link is not an endorsement.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, disrupt the service, or scrape it in a way that degrades it for other users. Reasonable, well-behaved crawling is welcome — see our robots.txt and llms.txt.
9. Takedown and copyright complaints
If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, email support@hunt-games.com with:
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- The specific URL or URLs on this site where it appears
- Your contact details
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act
We respond to properly formed notices promptly. In practice, if a rights holder asks us to remove or re-attribute something, we do it and then discuss it — we have no interest in a dispute over material we are using for reference.
10. Governing law and severability
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's place of business, without regard to conflict of law provisions. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remaining provisions continue in full force.
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BioEden Wiki & Guide regarding your use of this site, and supersede any prior understanding.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The “last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
