We read everything. We do not always reply, but corrections get acted on.

What is most useful to send

Corrections

If a number on this site does not match your game, tell us. Include the page, the value we published, the value you are seeing, and ideally a screenshot. Patches change things and we would rather find out from a reader than leave a wrong figure up.

Screenshots that fill gaps

This is the most valuable thing you can send. Specifically:

• A Bestiary card showing a species' Temperature band, Humidity band and “Animal and Plant Required”

list. Only Landowl's values are currently public. Every other species row in our temperature and humidity chart is empty because we will not guess.

• A building tooltip showing Effects, Consuming and Material required. Only the Orb Factory's figures are

documented.

• A guild Collective screen at any level, showing the perk pair and its exact wording. Only Umbra levels 5 and 6

are confirmed.

• A Bestiary tab other than Jungle — Forest, Prairie, Savannah or Tundra rosters with DNA costs.

Contributions are credited unless you ask otherwise.

Fixes that worked for you

If you solved a problem our troubleshooting pages did not cover, that is worth sending. The most useful reports include your platform, your GPU and driver version if relevant, whether the game is on an SSD, and what specifically resolved it.

What we cannot help with

• Game support. We are not Broken Arms Games or Focus Entertainment. For bugs, refunds and account issues,

contact the developer through the official Steam discussion board or your platform's support.

• Keys, giveaways or review copies. We do not have any.
• Buying advice beyond what is on the site. Our review page is our honest take; we do not have more

to add privately.

Rights holders

If you represent Broken Arms Games, Focus Entertainment or another rights holder and would like content removed, attributed differently, or corrected, email support@hunt-games.com and we will act promptly. Our approach to official material is described in our editorial policy.

Business enquiries

Advertising, partnership and syndication enquiries can go to the same address. We disclose any commercial relationship that could affect our coverage, on the page it affects.

How corrections are handled

We treat corrections as the highest-priority category of message, and the workflow is deliberately simple:

1. We verify. Where possible against official material — a Steam listing, a Focus Entertainment page, or a

screenshot showing the value in-game.

1. We fix the page. Including any other page on the site that repeats the same figure, because a value quoted in

three places has to change in three places.

1. We log it. If a patch changed the value rather than us having got it wrong, it goes on the

news page so readers know why the number moved.

1. We credit you, unless you would rather we did not. Say so in your message.

What we will not publish

For clarity, since people sometimes ask:

• Guessed values. If a temperature band, DNA cost or building figure has not been published or observed

in-game, we leave the cell empty. A plausible-looking wrong number is worse than a blank.

• Leaks or datamined content that a rights holder has not made public.
• Anything sent to us with a request not to publish it. If you send something in confidence, say so and we will

respect it.

A note on what makes this BioEden wiki useful

Almost everything specific on this BioEden site exists because someone, somewhere, asked a specific question. The Carnivore Feeder page exists because BioEden players could not find one building in a menu. The black screen fix exists because several BioEden players hit the same cutscene bug in the same week. If you are stuck on something this BioEden guide does not answer, that gap is worth telling us about even if you never find the answer yourself — the question alone tells us what to go and verify.

Response times

This is a small independent site. Expect a few days rather than a few hours. Corrections are prioritised over everything else, because an inaccurate guide is the one problem that actually harms readers.
